Founded in 2017, Black Swan Technology Consulting has grown into a leader in Channel Business Enablement for Advanced Technology Vendors and Distributors. At our core, we are a team of passionate professionals who deliver innovative solutions through various enablement programs, including our celebrated Black Swan Neuroblox© multisensory workshops.

LSP is a unique facilitation method that utilises the famous toy bricks, Lego©, as a tool for collaborative problem-solving, communication, and innovation in professional settings. Lego© Serious Play© encourages participants to express their thoughts and ideas by constructing three-dimensional models, enabling a more tangible and creative approach to discussions. Graham Vorster is the founder of Black Swan Technology Consulting, and is a seasoned executive in the ICT industry across Middle East and Africa. He has held senior C-Level positions in large multinationals. He has a high level of exposure to digital and technology strategy at an international level. He has a proven track record of delivering against aggressive Budgets, Revenue targets and growth KPI's over an extended period of time. His primary interests are Emerging and Advanced Technologies, Human Development
and Philosophy.
Brittany Vorster has completed various degrees and courses from UX design to her honours degree in Psychology. She started her career by working as a Neuro technician until 2019 and then as a Behavioural Therapist for children on the autism spectrum until the end of 2020. After this she started her corporate career as a Specialised Financial Recruiter, where she began to learn the importance of and how to build strong client relationships. At Black Swan, she is as excited about incorporating her gained knowledge of Psychology, Behaviour and corporate relationship into her UX design offerings. Her offerings are incorporated under the Black Swan Hidden Butterfly© brand.
Moira Vorster started her career in IT, after which she switched careers and became a therapist. She spent 16 years passionately dedicated to helping those in need and being a mom. When this chapter of her life closed she studied and registered as a Neuro Linguistic programmer and developed the Neuroblox© Methodology. At Black Swan TC (Pty) Ltd she aims to help businesses and sales teams enhance creativity, problem-solving, team communication and team building through the celebrated Black Swan NeuroBlox© workshops.
