WELCOME TO

Hidden Butterfly is a division of Black Swan Technology Consulting, where we believe that good design is essential for the success of any software product, communication channel, value proposition or platform. How a product looks and feels can significantly impact how easily users adopt it and how enjoyable their experience is. Good design starts with understanding the user and their needs.
To achieve this means conducting user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. It also means being mindful of accessibility and creating a user interface that is easy to navigate and understand. The principles of good design apply to all types of products. One of the critical aspects of good design is usability. A well-designed product should be easy to use and help users accomplish their goals. The design should be based on user research and should be tested with real users to ensure that it is effective.
The aesthetic aspect of good design is also essential. A visually appealing product can help create a positive impression and make the product more enjoyable to use, essentially creating an experience, not just a product.
We include paying attention to details such as typography, colour, and spacing. A product that is easy on the eyes can help to create a more enjoyable user experience. At Hidden Butterfly, we understand these topics intimately and the advanced techniques to test our platforms and remediate any potential issues.
We believe this approach will help us create platforms that their users love and that will be successful in the marketplace. It will also make it easier for developers to create products and services that are easy to use and enjoyable for users.

Digital Experience (DX) Strategies
After extensive analysis and research, we can move on to the build. Our Digital Experience Strategies focus on Information Architecture (IA), which is organising and structuring content in a way that is easily navigable and understandable for users.
User Interfaces (UI) defines how users interact with a product through buttons, menus, or gestures to ensure smooth and intuitive interactions. Our DX Design consultant takes the research and analysis of your product/s and platform/s and creates Concept Flow diagrams and Wireframes, which they can later turn into medium-fidelity prototypes with annotations.
