On October 17th, 18th, and 24th, an exclusive NeuroBlox© workshop by Black Swan Technology Consulting was hosted by VMware and Axiz in Johannesburg, South Africa. This unique learning opportunity was created with sales teams in mind and was tailored to the needs of the participating sales teams selected by Axiz and VMware. In this workshop, we dove into a unique VMware Products learning experience where art meets science.

The workshop, held at Axiz, brought together individuals from diverse backgrounds eager to enhance their skills and knowledge. Attendees ranged from young professionals to seasoned experts, seeking insights and tools for personal and career growth.
Diverse Range of Topics
NeuroBlox© is a multisensory workshop, which means the facilitators got the participants to use all of their senses while learning, from smell to using their hands to build what they learn. The workshop covered a diverse range of topics, catering to the varied interests and needs of the participants. Sessions included interactive discussions on sales techniques, communication skills, mindfulness, VMware products, and the latest trends in technology and innovation. Experts in the respective fields facilitated each session, providing valuable insights and hands-on experiences. The participants engaged in group activities, discussions, and practical exercises, creating an environment conducive to collaborative learning.
Positive Impact on Participants
Attendees shared their positive experiences, emphasising the practical applicability of the knowledge gained during the workshop. As well as how pleased they were to experience a workshop so different from what they were used to. They also mentioned how it made them feel like a child again, which they loved.
